I had had just gotten back into biking after at least 20 years and purchased an Aventon E bike which I love,I experienced a flat rear tire while out on my first ride which did suck but thankfully was close to home. I emailed Sal and he got back to me very promptly and told me to bring it on down, no appointment needed. Sal was great in pinpointing the problem due to a piece of metal getting in the tire and puncturing the tube. He was able to order my part and have the work done very quickly, he was also able to install all of my accessories including a new seat he put on when I came to pick it back up. Sal was very informative and his customer service is outstanding! I plan on making this my one stop service location for all my biking needs!
