"Desk guy made fun of the way I look and said I was a twin of an old mechanic guy there."

"Sat here for 3 days to fix a fuel line on my reefer trailer that was leaking. I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed (in less than an hour). They kept telling me something different every time I checked in with them to see when I was gonna get it fixed. I checked in at least 3 times each day to see what the status of fixing it was. “Oh we’ll get you in at 5pm”, “we have to wait till morning”, “this guy isn’t qualified, you have to wait until 3pm”, “we’ll get to you after the road call”. My company told me to go to ThermoKing and then 6 hours later, the TA shop calls me to bring my truck in. Worst experience ever."
