At this time (since 5/6/19) I am waiting for approximately 10.00 change owed to me and they do not return my calls or answer my emails. I have reported them to BBB and to Consumer Protection. It is disappointing as when I first used them I was very satisfied and would have recommended them to all. Now I stay beware go elsewhere."

"I had used On the Fly Computer Guy for several years and had been very pleased by their service. They had both been out to my house and my computer was serviced at their office. The last time I had my computer cleaned at my house, I paid the technician by check. Now, for the last 3 1/2 months, I have received invoices stating that this service had not been paid for. I called each time and was told this would be taken care of. It still is not. I am very disappointed in this company."
