"Filing the claim and setting up the appointment was so easy with the staff in the office. I definitely expected it to be more complicated, but it was a breeze. The day of the windshield replacement, the technician called with plenty of notice beforehand and reached out on arrival. He was so fast and efficient and you could see the care taken to be neat and careful (my coworkers and I were dying to see the removal and replacement, so we watched). After he was done, he had me come out and make sure I was happy. He even checked in about a previous interior issue that he wanted to be sure wasn’t caused by him. Every step of the way was perfect!"
