"Today was my third time being there and I had a great experience, service is prompt and very friendly & Jim definitely took care of me by uninstalling my Intoxalock on a Saturday. Saved me a trip to South Windsor. I was there week earlier and had asked Mike that my removal date falls on a Sat & Mike said they're technically not open on a Saturday and said let me ask Jim and he went into the garage and came right back out and said Jim will do it.
