"The tech was great— when they finally showed up! We were given a 9 hour window(!!?) 8am-5pm on 12/22 and no one showed. They called at 5:30pm to say all techs had become ‘unavailable’ and rescheduled for 4 DAYS later. (We were hosting Christmas with no refrigerator!) We were given another 9 hour window where we had to be home on 12/26. They again no-showed. Called at 5:30pm with the same line. 2 days off trying to juggle 3 kids and make sure my wife or I was home and they just didn’t come. Finally, on the 3rd try, ANOTHER 3 days later on 12/29, they came at 2pm and the tech was great. The sheer unprofessionalism in scheduling mandates 1 star. Two consecutive 8 hour windows and they can’t get there- completely unacceptable."
