"ABSOLUTELY INSANE! Came here to return an item around 7:48 online it stats that the store closes at 8pm. All I wanted to do was return an item that takes 2 mins to do and the manager divany proceeded to say she can’t do anything about it that they closed the register. When the register shouldn’t be closed mins before closing regardless. Customers can come in minutes before closing to purchase something & they can’t because they decided to close the register to save some minutes. Incredibly unprofessional. Seems like their management has no type of experience on how to deal with customers at all. I drove almost 40 mins for nothing. Thanks a lot Finish line Cross County."

"Horrible experience with customer service EVERY single time I’ve ever step foot in here. Not once have I ever been asked if I have needed help with anything while employees are asking others if they need help. The employees seem to hate white people. We kindly asked for two different shoe sizes we were set on purchasing (over $250) and the person who asked for shoes after us got his sneakers and was trying them on right in front of us while we never got the ones we asked for (because we were obviously the wrong color) I didn’t even want to go into this store again because this exact situation had already happened to me and my boyfriend once previously. We are completely disgusted with this place."
