"Bought a 2019 Nissan Altima 3 months ago from Executive, car broke down 2 times, same issue, now I'm stuck with a car with 17k miles on it that won't start. When I contacted the dealership they said change the battery in the key fob, or have the car towed to them at my expense. I been out of work since beginning of July, still waiting for benefits, and I don't have the funds to have it towed to them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!"

"This is the second time I have been to this business, both times for brake jobs. On this occasion Jen took care of me. Jen was a pleasure. Jen kept me up to date of the work being done on my car. I was very impressed when Jen found a 15 percent off coupon and applied it to my order which significantly reduced the cost. People like Jen is the reason I will continue to give this business my errr ahem business. I was apprehensive about waiting but it only took a few hours and they had free coffee and protein bars!"

"I will definitely not be using this service department again. The first time I had a flat tire leaking air down the street and they refused to put the tire on for me. Then I went in for my 25,000 mile vehicle maintenance on their lease vehicle. I dropped off the car overnight was without a vehicle for 24 hours and requested the maintenance plan, An interior detail as well as repairing a tire that was scuffed. To my surprise they reported they didn’t have enough time for that detail When I was asking about updates for my car the next day at pick up 24 hours after dropping off. Additionally a multi vehicle inspection didn’t seem to be completed as my airbag light remained on. My oil change mileage sticker was never replaced. I really could not tell if they actually did what I was needing on the vehicle. The employees maybe nice but Doesn’t cover for lack of services."

"I was not impressed with quality and the care. They had my car for a 2 diagnostic for 8 hours with them saying that they needed more time. Promises to call with the results and no call. They still was not able to tell me the issue and wanted to keep my car longer. I will not go back or ever recommend them for any service at all."
