"Cash only??? In 2023??? Sounds like a scam to me. They charged me $525 to tow from Glastonbury to Bloomfield. They arent up front about being cash only then threaten to take ur vehicle to their shop if you dont have cash. The guy said its a state law cash only. This is a scamming place. No way thats true. If this isn’t true then FIRE BRIAN bc hes scamming your customers. Wouldve had someone eise tow if i knew it was cash only. Went from 335 to 522 because he waited for me to get cash and they charged while he waited. Then had to go back to the ATM bc he raised the price over $200. They deal in the business of stress and take advantage of you. I urge you to have someone else tow your vehicles."
