"We had a water heater that went bad, and the response time was fantastic. I was given initial help over the phone (on a weekend, because water heaters don't seem to go during standard work hours). There was no charge for the help over the phone, and then an appointment was made to come out... very quickly. The estimate was free, and then the work was scheduled and completed very fast. More importantly, the job was done incredibly well. Kind, professional, courteous... oh, and the final cost was $170 LESS than the estimate. (When does that happen?) I highly recommend Russell Richardson!"
