"The fall, we decided to forgo oil (carbon-based) heat to install heat pumps for our home in Central CT. We engaged three firms in a bidding process to do the work. We were impressed with Dynamic’s knowledge of the technical formulas to “right-size” equipment to a home and ensure efficient and comfortable heating. Dynamic offered a reasonable price point, and they gave a detailed bid with options that addressed our unique house. They followed through on the terms of their bid and would have installed it on schedule, had a faulty part not been discovered. The men on site – Steve, Jeff & Lucas - were courteous, competent and worked tirelessly with the challenges. Megah in the office was communicative and very attentive to questions and concerns. The company worked painstakingly to qualify us for rebates offered by Energize CT. We chose the right company for this project and recommend Dynamic Mechanical without reservation."

I got nowhere with Nest support or their recommended Nest Pro technician but then was lucky enough to stumble across Dynamic Mechanical and Isaiah who is nothing short of a magician. He knew exactly what was happening and how to fix it. He put up with my innumerable questions with grace and completed the work much more quickly than I had expected. "I have never written a review but these two men were so amazing I am inspired to do so. I had a gas fireplace that needed 2 vents to go up two stories out the chimney. Also the unit was not working. They did a great job on both and were so friendly and professional. They even noted an unrelated safety issue with a vent in the basement and fixed it too.
