"Over pricing compared to any one,Unfortunately i went to them to fix my car wiper transmission , the part cost in autozone $232 while he wanted sell it to me with $ 350 plus $150 for the labour , i phoned others store to check their prices and i found it is less than that by far, i told him that the other places prices are less by far so can you provide me a reasonable price or i can get the part to you and ill pay the labor or i take my car to another place res , he responded in disrespectful way and telling me don’t play games l i get my benefit from the overpriced parts .I don’t know it’s normal for the customer to be disrespected just to ask about his right to compare the prices and choose the best option .by the end i paid him $ 100 for the diagnosis and left to another place who respected me more and knows the basics of the customer service by the half price .Really i was lucky that he did that so i went to another place and saved my money"
