"So this is not a real southington company. I live in Meriden and I called for a lock to be replaced. This company is actually “Smart Choice Garage doors”. So a company truck shows up saying it’s a meriden truck a employee named “Jason” came and took a deposit and it went all down hill from there. He cancelled 3 times with no explanation followed by that he ignored us and had someone from his company “not a southington company” she claims they come out of Greenwich which is a lie because I got a invoice via emailed that states there out of Milford. So beware I never got my garage door lock and they have done nothing to make this right or reach out to me. So if you want your money taken with no service being done and waste a bunch of your time this is the company for you!! “Not a real company” seems like a vendor beware."
