"Hard working and professional men. I called for a leak coming through the ceiling and they came out the same day and fixed the issue. Didnt make a mess and cleaned up after themselves pretty well. Good price for the quality of work done."
"I had called them because there had been water in my basement. Wasn't sure if it was from the recent downpour of rain we had. Or from maybe our washing machine, since my husband had seen water coming from the back. The technician came I showed him to the basement. Showed him where the multiple places of water was. He checked near the washer and near my water heater and furnace. Said it wasn't the washer. But said it looked like an HVAC issue because it looked like the water was coming from my steam furnace. (I have radiators) Was here for like 10 minutes didn't really look anywhere else to see where the source was. I understand he came and inspected the place, where we thought it might be from. But thought he would throughly look around and see if the source might be somewhere else. So I was charged 200 for a 10 minute look around and told it was an HVAC issue. Luckily we got a second option and it ended up being a plumbing issue. The source was just from a different spot in the basement. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
"I will give these people 2 stars for unclogging my bathtub drain, which regurgitation problem they wouldn't or couldn't either address or fathom, though I described the fact that it began immediately after my neighbor replaced his small tub with a shower,; it stopped for over a year, then resumed a few weeks ago, filling up with soapy water, sometimes oatmeal, all manner of dirt, happens all day long every day. They poured something down after using their snake, then sprayed something evil, so poisonous, one intake of breath and I couldn't breathe for several seconds, I have asthma, this was seriously scary. The open backdoor provided relief, but I threw out exposed food in my nearby kitchen- they could have warned me. They were neither friendly, thoughtful, considerate or personable. Charged me $650, adding $75 to their standard $575 for the use of chemicals. I was appalled. I should have paid them the $150 I'd expected, let them scream. The young man in charge complained his snake had bent, surely an occupational hazard as though it was my fault. His companion was sullen and unresponsive. This chemical now comes up with the stuff through the drain, making the use of the bathroom very difficult, was probably unnecessary. I cannot recommend them. The drain works not much better than it did before, nothing close to a $650 result"
"Called on Monday and got an appointment for Wednesday at 2 (explained my issue with the boiler). Wednesday at at 2:30 I called and they said they would call me back(explained my issue with the boiler). Called me back at 3:30 to tell me that he was the plumbing tech and I needed a heat tech. Said someone would call me back. Called on Thursday at 9:30 (explained my issue with the boiler) and said they would call back in 30 minutes. Called Thursday at 2:30 (explained my issue with the boiler) said someone would call me back. Called Thursday at 5 (explained my issue with the boiler) said someone would call me back. It is Friday morning at 10:30 and I have only received one call back this whole time and it was to tell me that they were the wrong tech. Pretty unfortunate."
