They worked quietly and efficiently while I worked from home. When done, they explained everything they did (recalibrate the motor control and the main control board). "I recently obtained a used commercial treadmill, brought it home and powered it up. All the controls seemed OK. One of the rear balance legs was off and in one of the cup holders. I wasn't sure if the belt needed adjustment. Not knowing the history of the machine, I decided to have a treadmill technician examine it and make any needed repairs. I searched online and found Fitness Machine Technicians Western Connecticut. Gary the owner and his apprentice Anthony arrived on time and I told them my concerns. They confirmed the model and serial number, took pictures and began their work. Gary thoroughly checked all the controls and explained all functions. He checked speed and incline in steps. He examined the belt, motor and associated electronics. Finally, they cleaned the unit and installed the rear balance leg. Fortunately the machine was in good shape and would only need another PM ( Preventive Maintenance ) check in another year. Gary and Anthony are gentlemen, professional and thorough.
