"I have been going for about 4 years through the years the customer service has become extremely bad! You ask for sauce it's an issue! Portions have gotten smaller! Just very short and not a pleasant experience. Definitely my last time visiting the establishment!"

"Our family loves this place- been patrons for 5 years now! We have always had exceptional service and a great experience with the chefs and the food. Our kids aged 6 & 8 love the food! The owner is fantastic! I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but every visit, we can only share our experience, which has always been great! We have tried many hibachi restaurants in Westchester, and this is our go-to!"

"I gave it a one star because everytime I come I always ask for extra sauce never give or give me a hard time about extra sauce oh they made it already oh we add it and when I get the food never no extra sauce i am a frequent customer I saw they needed a cashier I am close to the area …I say hey I see you looking for a cashier I have experience the lady who is the owner goes oh no we not hiring I goes okay you should take it out the window it’s false advertising…about a month after the sign still up… when I pass their store the hiring sign still up …I went recently and a girl ask about it they pretended to take her name and number and she ain’t get hired the sign is still and their food is not even that good always hard or no sauce I went cause it was convenient for me when I don’t eat a lot of things in the area"

"The food was amazing however the service was terrible. We've been to Yumi before and had wonderful service but this time around we weren't so lucky. It was my husband birthday, we had a party of 10. As soon as we sit and was handed the menu, the server was ready to take our drink orders, less than 10 minutes they were ready to take our food order. It felt like were being rushed. Anyway we make it clear that it was my husband birthday and we would like it to be special. At no time did the cook interacted with us. We try to ask him questions to lighten the mood but nothing works. All we could do was just enjoy the interaction on the other table because that cook was amazing and everyone at the other table was having so much fun. No one at our table finish their meal, we just wanted to leave so we asked for containers packed up the food and they brought us the bill. They have the nerve to add almost $100 for service fee/tip. My husband refused to pay the tip amount. Sorry Yumi, the food was good but the service was poor."

"One of my favorite places. The entire staff is amazing! I always get the Thai curry chicken, a clear soup and salad. Plum Saki Sangria is my go to . It’s the perfect recipe! The curry is always hot and spicy . Here’s a photo of the aftermath. Yummi"
