"Jimmy Auto in Granby provided a horrible experience. Despite initially stating a 10-day timeframe for my clutch replacement, they failed to meet their own deadline and requested an additional week. Communication deteriorated, leaving me in the dark and forcing me to leave work early, as calls and texts went unanswered. Upon visiting their shop, I was assured my car would be ready the following Tuesday, yet communication remained nonexistent. Adding insult to injury, they closed 30 minutes early when I drove to their shop the day it was suppose to be done. Shockingly, after 24 days, my car had not seen any progress. The sheer lack of professionalism, constant delays, and false assurances make Jimmy Auto in Granby a place to avoid. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable service."
