"I usually work on my own vehicles but I've been too busy lately. I brought my jeep to another popular shop in town and $600 later I still had the problem I brought it in for. These guys not only found and fixed the problem right away but went through my whole jeep without me asking and addressed a few concerns. I already knew about these things but I definitely appreciate them going above and beyond. I wouldn't bring any of my vehicles anywhere else"

"My check engine light is on on my car. I brought it for emissions testing and after researching found that your car will automatically fail if the light is on. Why don’t they tell you that before even testing the car ??? A simple hey your check engine light is on and you won’t pass would have been nice."

"Took my 2010 Fusion here for an oil change a couple hours later the car is vibrating and struggling engine light comes on and I take it back to them they charge me $95 to diagnosis they tell me it's the maf sensor and $120 for the part. I will never go back to this repair shop. I don't think it is coincidence that other people have had this happen to them. I don't know what they did to my car but when I brought it to them it was in perfect running condition then after I get an oil change the check engine light comes on then charge me 95 to look at it? That has never happened to me before and the car is vibrating and struggling just as described by another reviewer I only wish I had seen that review before I took my car here. Too many coincidences happening at this repair shop. I lived on elm st in thomaston go to MGB they are honest the owner of quiet zone should be more careful who they employ to run their thomaston location now the owner doesn’t want to respond to my review and doesn’t know why people are saying this place scams people? Maybe because your employees are scamming people."
