"Had someone come out on august 18th and paid $210. Said he’d be back in a week with the part to fix lawn mower and haven’t heard from them since. Have called and left at least 15 messages. Finally got a hold of someone on their Facebook page. They scheduled a time to come and never showed up. Only refunded us for parts they apparently ordered two months ago. Shady business."

"The carburetor on my Cub Cadet SC500 electric start was stuck after a particularly dusty cut (prolonged dry summer). It started leaking out gas after a day, smelling up the garage with gas fumes. I called these guys and they were available the next day. Prompt, very reasonable pricing. Dennis fixed the carburetor, sharpened blade, changed spark plug. Professional and very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."

"I called Reliable after several other services told me it would be about 2-3 weeks before my push mower would be fixed. I found Reliable and saw that they would come to me which avoids paying a fee that other services charge to pick-up my equipment. Reliable gave me an appointment and showed up early and fixed both my mowers in less than an 1 1/2 hours and even explained to me what the issues were with each of my mowers. I would use their service again."
