"Our older RV broke down just up the road. We had the RV towed over. Everyone there was extremely helpful. We had a tow car so we went back to Michigan. In just a couple days they had it fixed and at a decent price. I highly recommend them. I only wish they were not 700 miles from home or they would be my normal shop for the RV."

When the hydraulic lines on the backhoe started failing, I went looking for help, and Ace Truck Repair was recommended to me. Ned came out promptly and took care of things completely. Removed the failed lines, fabricated new ones and installed. Also removed, repacked, replaced main cylinder. Everything works great once more! Very glad to have found this outfit."

My Turbo took a giant s**t.....oil everywhere metal parts. sheesh, I researched my option here In Plantsville.Southington the first place I checked on was very rude and arrogant..no names...just trust me ... scratch that.... Then I called Ace Truck Repair.... I couldn’t be more pleased They should change the name to “Aces” because they are “Aces” Ned has Forgotten more things about diesel repair than most mechanics even know....(especially the ones I have dealt with in the last couple of years) If you want your commercial vehicle fixed right the first time bring it to Ace Truck repair (and they have a very fair hourly rate for labor)"
"Do not take your truck to these scam artists. REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I dealt with Ned and he charged me over $2000 for a repair that the TA later told me would have cost under $700. He actually had the nerve to charge me time for a phone call and charge for another service that was never actually rendered. And then, the job was not done right. Driver complained before leaving the shop and they would not fix the issue. Driver then broke down ten miles away from the shop. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!"
