"This is not for Danbury, but for Destiny Mall in Syracuse. Con man! I asked for an Otterbox cellphone cover. Mohi showed me what he said was an Otterbox. He was nice and put it on for me along with a separate glsss screen cover that I bought. I got home and saw that it did not have the Otterbox name on it. It is a knockoff!!! Scam! I live too far away to deal with this!"

"We went here so that my husband could get a new screen protector for his phone. He has the Samsung s20 plus the lady working there was rude and nasty and put on a piece of plastic that was so thin it didn't even classify as a screen protector he clearly told her he wanted tempered glass and that is what she gave him. We get home few hours later he accidentally dropped it and the protector came right off there wasn't even any sticky residue on it to stick to his screen. We brought it back and she refused to give our money back said all she could do was replace with the same thing. Clearly it wasn't a protector of anything if it falls right off if u drop ur phone. Do not recommend this place to any one"

"Do NOT use them!!When replacing my screen they damaged home button and touch screen was no longer working correctly. When I returned To ask them to repair another customer was yelling st them for same thing. Vendor refused to repair, saying he didn’t know how, and “ didn’t know what was happening with these home buttons.” When I asked for refund he refused because they don’t cover physical damage. That they caused!!! The only problem with my phone when I brought to them was a cracked screen. Now it cannot be used and they will not repair or refund money. Stay away!!"

"Brought perfectly working iPhone in for a cracked screen while on vacation. When I got home the earpiece for the phone no longer worked and the phone is only usable on speakerphone and left speaker on the phone no longer works anymore either. Do yourself a favor and go to someone else if you want a working phone returned to you. I was told that they had another location in my area if I had a problem turns out that location which is still an hour from me will not cover problems caused by the Danbury store:.. extremely pissed about this"

"I took my iPhone 7 to have my cracked screen repaired. However, not only was the screen they used to replace the cracked screen messed up (foggy), but they also broke other parts of my phone internally. I went back to the store with my complaints, so they "fixed" one part of the phone, but I needed to wait for a new screen that was not foggy. So on my third trip, they replaced my foggy screen with a clear screen, but then my phone did not work again!! The sensor did not work so I was unable to speak on the phone with it to my ear. In addition, texting was tricky. So I went back for a 4th time requesting my money back. Each time I went in to speak with a owner, but the owner was never available. The sales rep texted the owner that I wanted to speak with him. He received permission to call, but the owner refused to speak with me and would only offer a partial store credit!!!! I felt robbed!!! Going back 4 times and the phone remained unfixed!!! I finally went to Apple who repaired the phone for a little cheaper than these guys and the job was done right the FIRST time!!! So I waited a little longer - big deal!! But going back to have a incompetent service for my phone was a much bigger deal!"
