"I previously wrote a review about this person. I had a Samsung tv that stopped working. Called Greg to take a look, after looking at the set he told me it was the motherboard that needed to be replaced, took a fifty dollar deposit and off he went. After several weeks that turned into months of no reply to calls and texts I visited his home. He came to the door told me he had been sick and that my tv was unable to be fixed and it was tossed out. Stay away, Stay very far away....."

"I contacted Greg in Feb of 2018 to see if he could repair my tv. He came to my house, took a look at the tv, and said it was an issue with the mother board. He went online on his phone and showed me the part it needed and the price. I gave him the $50 deposit and he took my tv to fix. 1 month later I called for an update, he said the part was on back order. Another month went by, I heard nothing from him. In July I started to call again and received no answer, left several voicemails, I even sent numerous texts and still to this day ( over 1 yr later) I’ve received no update on my tv. I had a 55” Samsung tv. This is not how you do business, and I would NOT recommend doing business with this man at all!!!"
"The service I received from Greg was first rate all the way. He arrived when he said he would. Seemed to pinpoint the issue within minutes and explained the situation in simple terms. He found the part on line and told me exactly how long it would take to arrive. I spent over $1500 for my plasma TV seven years ago and really was not in a position to replace it. Greg fixed the set in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest person at a reasonable rate. AAAAA+++++ Louis De"
"I'll be honest and say that I was very skeptical of Greg simply from looking at his really terrible website but I figured there were some good reviews so I'd run with it. I should have known when Greg came out 1 hour after he told me he was going to be at my house to just forget it and call someone else but since he already came out I figured his price point was good, might as well stick it out. He diagnosed my TV as having a bad system board and he'd have to order another one. He then logged onto some websites to order the part. He seemed to be having trouble finding the model number (again, another point where I should have told him to leave). He finally found it and told me the part would be to him in a few days and he'd replace the part then test it for a few days and call me when he was confident it was fixed. 3 weeks went by with no call, so I finally called him back. He knew who I was by name and immediately knew my TV and that the part was out of stock and was going to be shipped in a few days. So again, I just let him keep working on it when I should have just told him to stop. 2 months after I had originally called him I called him (he seems to have an issue calling his customers to update them on the status of the work). He finally dropped it back at my house and charged me full price, even though it took him 2 months from originally dropping it off. I turned the TV on and there was a huge error that the USB Port was overloaded even though I had never plugged any USB Devices into the TV. So I googled the problem myself (instead of calling Greg) and I figured out a Firmware Upgrade was needed. So upon trying to look up the model, I figured out Greg had installed a system board from a DIFFERENT model Samsung TV. Luckily for him, the firmware is the same and it looks like the software is the same. I'm glad I am a professional IT person and could figure out the firmware myself. If I was a normal user I wouldn't have known what was wrong. Obviously Greg did NOT test the TV before giving it back to me. I HIGHLY discourage anyone from using Greg's Service. Go find someone else, I know personally I will drive my TVs to New York before I use him again."
