I would give them 10 starts if it were allowed. They go above and beyond to help not just her customers but the neighborhood too!"

"I used to use Nancy and Tony all the time. They are good people. Over time, them trying to fix my car turned into not being able to fix it properly or not knowing what they were talking about. The newest issue is that Nancy has been extremely unprofessional lately with an attitude from I do not know where. We just tried to call her and she cut my fiance off and said go to economy tire I can't look at it until next week. She would not let him speak. I get it if she's booked but that is not how you speak to people and this isn't the first time. Do not go here. They cannot handle what they have from the start. I am hoping she sees this and realizes she may need to change because she was not always like this."

"I’m giving them 2 stars because the staff were friendly and willing to help. The first time I went there I got my car diagnosed and I did not want them to service my car because the price was too much. The second time I went in and they had my car for two weeks and I paid $500 for them to “fix” it. Drove the car home and I still had the problem. So I paid for things my car needed (battery and tune up) but was not what I brought it in for. Went to another garage and they fixed my car in less than a day. And for $100 cheaper."

"Awful! The woman who runs this place is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. They had to fix my car 2 other times because everytime they tried to fix something, something else broke. She tried to overcharge me for towing...and fixing the mistakes THEY caused. Save yourself a headache and go to a REAL garage."

"Good people ... fair, honest, accommodating. They know the meaning of customer service and put it into practice regularly. They do only what is needed and don't try to scare you into services not needed. They call before doing anything not originally discussed when the car is dropped off. All repairs are done to manufacturer's specs so there are no potential warranty violation issues. The vehicle is ready when they say it will be and at a fair and reasonable cost! Simply service the way it should be."
