"Pretty standard for a tech repair place however I was expecting a call back when they had the parts available for my phone, it's been 3 weeks and I was never contacted and I was refunded the deposit would not recommend going to this place on a Samsung care claim. The assistant that was helping us was impatient and rushed multiple people through their problems. Overall Ive had better experience at a mall kiosk"

"I made an appointment 3 days in advance just to show up on the day of to learn the screen necessary to repair my phone is on backorder. I'm not questioning not having the part, but it would've been nice to get a call or email saying they don't have it so that I didn't waste my time driving all the way to their location. A little communication would have been nice."
