"How often have you worked with an appliance repair person who tells you that your best bet isn’t to use them but to get something new? That was my experience! After breaking down the cost with me Randy, from Henry’s Appliance Repair, gave me his honest opinion - my dishwasher was in questionable shape and buying a new one was probably a better option as opposed to paying his company to repair it! I would definitely call Henry’s again because what’s better than an honest opinion from a professional? Especially in regards to something you know little to nothing about!"

"Todd from Henry’s arrived on time, was friendly and quickly identified the problem. The fridge was not worth fixing. Paid a reasonable mobile service fee. I note that the previous person to leave a review left a 1 star review because the appliance he had could not be fixed and was charged a service fee. I don’t know what fairy land this person lives in, but of course there is a fee to schedule you, drive to your place, apply the technician’s knowledge and give you the results."

"I had an issue with my dryer and called Henry’s to come check it out. Someone came by to check out the washer. Took about 5 mins to tell me that a part was discontinued and that he wasn’t able to get me a part. So without being able to do anything to fix the washer I was still charged $80 for him to come in, look at the washer and in 5 mins tell me he couldn’t fix it. But was able to charge me…..for doing nothing! I will never use this place for service ever and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else either."
