Communication was great, I was able to text the number listed on the website and I received an instant response - I was able to get my car in to the shop only 1 day after I inquired. I dropped my car off overnight and by 10:00am the next day (even though it was snowing), Matt had texted me an electronic quote for the repair. I was able to confirm the quote online and by 5:00pm that same day, my car was ready to be picked up. The repair was seamless and he even cleaned off all of the old leaked oil! I was able to pay my bill the next day through a text link that Matt had sent me.
