"The vape bar is always sticky, and though there has been some improvement, I feel less people are using it, and not improvement of cleaning practices. I've never found a juice I craved here. Most important to me though, is customer support, and when I call and ask if they can get parts or juices, they've never, ever called me back to say 'yes' or 'no'. They always say it's noted and they'll call back, which really ads insult to the situation. The only reason this isn't a 2-star review is because the staff give knowledgeable and candid responses and are helpful when you're standing in front of them."
