"Really dishonest place. They misdiagnosed a brake issue as one minor leak when it was the entire braking system (how do you miss that). Fluid was leaking from the power steering box and from multiple location down the line. After I picked it up the vehicle drove for about a week before I lost pressure in the brake peddle (the reason it was brought into this garage). I notified “Danny” the mechanic and told him I was too far from the business to have him recheck it and would have to go to another shop to have it looked at. He said “If my work has to be replaced we’ll refund the work that needed to be redone”. (He lied). Tom (an excellent honest mechanic) at Wilton Truck Center immediately identified the issue(s) with the brakes and replaced all of “Danny’s” work as well as fixing the entire cause of the problem. When I called “Danny” at Roxbury Garage and informed him his work was replaced and I have a receipt detailing it. Suddenly he wasn’t so confident about the refund. He told me I’d “have to speak to the owner”. So I was told he would call me.... he didn’t. I called back 5 times over the next week only to be told the owner was only in at 7-8:30 am mon-Thursday. Well I tried that window of time and never got a chance to speak to them... they also replaced a battery for $200 when I never asked for one nor do I really believe the battery was bad. “Why not?” you ask. Because when they told me they had replaced “the battery” because it was dead. I asked had they replaced “both”? Because there are two batteries rigged in parallel. The mechanic didn’t even notice there was a second battery. Which miraculously maintained a charge despite the one it was connected to being dead... who knows? Anyway for sure the mechanic is not a man of his word that I can attest to personally. The attention to detail isn’t there. Punctuality non existent your on their time They don’t care about their customers. To have an issue this big and not even bother calling the person back (after a botched brake job non the less) is just apathetic and potentially very dangerous for the customer. If your looking for a place that sells motor oil and jelly in the same room and need some washer fluid changed come here it’s about all they can handle but anything else take your vehicle to a professional."

He is also honest٫ polite and friendly and will take the time to explain the issue so you can understand.. The place is great because they have Danny..."
