"I was so disappointed. This place was so unorganized. My appointment was 10:30 AM. I had to come back at 12:30 AM because they had accidentally taken two walk-ins before I showed up at 10:30. When I came back at 12:30 to drop off my vehicle, it took until 450 for me to get my vehicle back after a simple oil change. Such a disappointment. I will never go back to this location or refer this company to anyone."

"I have taken my vehicles, my husband's vehicles and daughter's vehicle to this location numerous times over the years, I have never had a bad experience until this past week. I ordered tires online through the website and set up an appointment to have them installed on Sunday 1/21/24. My husband delivered my drivers side tire and rim that was not on the vehicle to the location for the new tire to be installed. I had my vehicle towed at my expense to the location on Sunday and after a couple phone calls was told I would need to speak to the manager on Monday morning, at that point needed to get another vehicle at my expense to get back and forth to work. On Monday 1/22/24 I called the manager Don starting at 7:45am and after 5 phone calls with him over what name it was under, what vehicle it was, what tires were ordered and what size tires I asked to also have the headlight and fog light bulbs replaced while it was there. After the 6th phone call with him regarding the brand and size of tires AGAIN and not being able to find my almost $300 rim, (finally did find it) he was incredibly rude and condescending I let him know he was incompetent and he hung up on me. I then got a middle person to communicate with him, because I was not going to deal with the rudeness, yet needed my vehicle fixed. We were told at around 6pm my vehicle was ready upon arriving at about 6:30pm Don was still waiting for the headlight bulbs and the estimated cost had gone from $1000 to $2300! When told the 4 bulbs needed would be $150 apiece we declined to have it done and just the tires and alignment. After a hour of putting my old bulbs back in we were able to pay and leave. When home I looked at the receipt and saw that the cost declined for not having the bulbs replaced were actually $250 apiece and not the $150 he tried saying they would be. I will NEVER bring any vehicle back here and will warn every person I know not to go here!!"

"I got a set of tires put on. One of the tires was losing air about 3 weeks after purchase. I returned to the shop to have the tire repaired/replaced and not only did I have to pay to replace a tire that was brand new, but they replaced the wrong tire. I returned to the shop one more time after that for brakes, and asked if they repaired the tire and they said they did. This morning I was still putting air in it."

"They aligned my 2015 RAM 1500, did a fabulous job. Got the appointment within 2 days for 10:30 am. Was there early so they did it early, super convenient. Very professional operation, highly recommend giving them a try."
