"Dropped my car for diagnosis they claim took 2 hours. I was told they thought they knew what it was and all the parts they needed were in house. After two weeks of nothing being done, repeated calls, and being told it was because of employees calling out plus waiting for a part (I was told was in) I pulled the car and took it to another repair shop. Then they called looking to see if I'd like to purchase a car from them and asked what they could have done better. How about start and finish the repair I was there for in the first place."
