"I wish I had read the reviews here before calling Egon. He is very unprofessional, intellectually lazy and hasn’t a clue how to mount a flat screen TV on a wall with wooden studs behind. I called him to my house last week to mount a 50 inch television in my basement. He arrived, spent a little bit of time in the basement and announced that they were not enough screws or the right screws to do the job. He managed to mount the bracket on the wall. But he did a terrible job and I later had to call in an actual professional to redo it. Before that, However, I texted him back and told him that indeed we DID have the right screws and I asked him to come back and finish the job. And he ghosted me. Do not. I repeat do not call this guy to do anything. He’s lazy, unprofessional and doesn’t even know how to do simple tasks."
