"Unfortunately there are consistent problems ordering from Leaf Only. It’s too bad they’re one of the only places I’m aware of that ships whole organic tobacco leaves so it’s a bit of a conundrum. Firstly, the shipping always seems to take forever and is a rip off. But the worst part is that their product (as well as packaging) is extremely inconsistent and gets worse each time. Leaves are moldy and buggy, and a couple times I received a bag of what looked like floor scraps; some pieces only thick stems, almost all the rest just tattered bits of garbage. Who is managing and overseeing this place? They seem to have absolutely no concern for quality or customer value at all. It’s pretty embarrassing. If I find another source, I will happily switch over and not bother giving Leaf Only my business. No integrity whatsoever. Patrick was very kind and courteous when I called months ago, but whoever the guy is answering the phones lately is a real jerk. Rude, unhelpful and curt. Gone are the days of pride in one’s product, customer service and satisfaction. Shame."
