"I gotta give them 5 stars. It's about 3:30 December 29, 2023 and I had Amazon to return. I was not the only one. I got in there and the line was long. I got into the line and after a while it barely moved. That's when I looked up from my phone amd there was no one tending Amazon returns. The girl doing it just quit. Pretty lame. I've been in customer service and never have walked out because it got busy. No one was being rude. When the manager realized what was happening he jumped right in. He apologized to everyone and had another guy come to help. They knocked out the line super fast. I left obviously after my return but the way they were moving I guarantee they knocked it out quick. So super thanks to the 2 guys that did a tremendous job."

"I love kohls. Usually everyone is friendly and helpful. I just wish that they hadn't changed the store around. Now it seems hard to find anything. I would also like a better section for plus size. Not everyone is tiny and not everyone is 4x . Women that are a little heavier could like to dress younger and not always want older women designed clothing. I actually haven't seen much in the plus size area myself and I'm only 2x most of the time. Unless they run small."

"I was searching or a specific Lego toy in Kohls toy department, which, by the way, is a blessing since the big toy stores have closed. I needed help in my search and I was so fortunate to find a young man with extensive knowledge about the Lego I was looking for. He was terrific. I was so happy because without him, I'd still be there searching. He was kind and courteous as well as knowledgeable."

"Not bad just a little pricy, I don't recommend clothes or bedding from here to be honest. But they have nice decoracións, and small appliances. Also the employees are helpful. You can also drop off amazon returns, very convenient, and is close to other stores."
