"DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT. PURCHASE ANY DEVICES OF ANY KIND FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not honor the devices if they are defective and will give you multiple excuses why it’s too “hard” for them to warranty a device, when they are the ONLY ones who can. I purchased a pax 3 complete kit, and when it was defective directly out of the box they attempted to replace it with just the device and make us lose all the kits extras, without any offer of a refund for the difference. They offer ZERO recourse for the products they sell. The place is already overpriced and has an awkward atmosphere as the workers watch you like a hawk while simultaneously knowing nothing about the products they are selling. There’s multiple reputable head shops on the berlin turnpike, pick any one of them. Just don’t go here."
