"Really great family owned business. Everyone I have encountered working there has been very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! I’m picky about what I like, so much so I usually leave shops empty handed, they helped me find my new favorite thing! Usually other shops don’t know much about their product selection but they did and what they really weren’t sure about they were honest but did their best (which I LOVE!). They also use the fivestar app, when you’re there you put your number in and you can get coupons. I went back today to get two more and let them know how much I loved my past purchase and that I will be coming to them exclusively from now own. Their selection really is amazing, for everything they offer. If anyone asks which smoke shop to go to, this is where I recommend. They don’t carry “heady” glass, but they do have a huge selection of glass accessories and other glassware as well. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop."

"I am a long time East Hartford resident for over 40 years. I had the misfortune to be a customer at this store and purchased a Smok vaper mod for $ 120, when all said and done it came to 150. I have only had it for 3 days and this thing is leaking a entire tank of liquid all over my self and furniture countless times. I have contacted the store numerous times and was continuously told to call Smok and refused to refund me my money for this item each time. I visited the store again and told them my displeased reason and they continued to act like I was lying to them. The oldest gentleman, the store owner, did something to it when I was in store and now it is worse then ever before. They are still trying to push it off on another person and refuse to take responsibility for anything. They treated me with complete disrespect and rudeness like I was trying to get over on them. This shows complete lack of professionalism and honor in the East Hartford area. Their service is shockingly poor and the prices are dangerously close to price gouging. I will never give my patronage to this establishment, this store stocked full of ripoffs hack service has no place in the great town of East Hartford CT."
