"First experience with Automated appliance repair. Tech came to my house to repair a washer. he was super courteous aswell as Extremely knowledgeable. Didnt mind me watching him work and explained each step he was doing along the way. Automated Appliance will be my absolute go to for all my repairs in future!"
"This business was assigned to repair my Zline range after it broke after only a year and a half after purchasing. I had to go onto social media to complain (to Zline) to get it repaired as it was after warranty. When I called they were extremely accomadating and so nice about setting up the appointment. The tech that came out for the appointment called before arrival, wore a mask when I asked and was nothing but the BEST. He fixed the ongoing issues that been driving us bananas in less than an hour and was so professional, courteous and informed. I would use this business over and over again. This was the best experience i have ever had with an appliance repair company. Thank you so so much!"
"This company is the epitome of incompetence, rudeness and arrogance. They are also racist and bigoted.Whirlpool set up this warranty appointment as our ice maker on our new refrigerator was not working. Ariel, the owner and technician came to our home and clearly did not know the product or how to fix it. He was looking for a reset button that was not there and subsequently was pushing on all the electronic keypads to try to get the temperature adjusted. He eventually poured some water into a holding tray in the ice maker and and told us that would fix the problem in 24 hours. He was finishing up When my husband came into the room and asked him to show him where to pour the water if it happened again .Ariel became enraged and told him “ You people want to know everything”. My husband is clearly Indian. We were quite taken aback by this accusation . He proceeded to yell at him telling him, “ it is not my job to instruct you people, just call me back when it fails next time!! I had to intervene to calm him down . He left in a huff. It gets better....this morning we checked and there was no ice. I called the company and got Myra , the owner, on the phone and told her what had transpired . I was hung up on!! I called back and got Ariel on the phone and when I asked to speak to Myra, he refused and proceeded to yell at me. He then hung up on me!!! A call to Whirlpool followed and they are filing a formal complaint against this company."
"My Samsung washing machine was leaking - my local appliance repairman won't service Samsung, and this company was the closest certified Samsung Service provider so I decided to give them a try. Made an appointment and on the scheduled day Ariel called first thing in the morning to tell me he was on his way. He was very pleasant and professional- diagnosed a hole in the drain hose and suggested a repair which he performed on the spot. Although I was concerned given the range of reviews I'm happy to say I was very satisfied with the experience."
