"The owner and all of the workers go out of their way to make the customer happy!!! they have amazing prices and amazing selection as well!!Sammy the owner is very kind and is willing to work with people and always repeat always puts the customer first and takes care of them. I have had nothing but positive interactions with everybody there, this is the only vape shop in the area with five or six others that I will give my business to!! they treat their customers like they are friends and I consider them my friends as well as the shop I will send o anyone I talk to looking for a great vape shop and amazing customer service!!! Now I need to confront the lies I see about the shop number one is someone said that they bought a burnt cartridge and they wouldn't replace it I will personally step up and say Sammy has replaced the cartridge for me he has replaced the bong head that broke and he has always worked with me so I don't believe that one!!!! secondly I hear people complaining about the card machine when people were writing these insults about the card machine they were trying to learn a new machine and I guarantee you that the people who made these judgments wouldn't want to be judged but they were learning something new ! Now I will vouch for this shop time and time again because they have been friendly kind and accepting to me and this is sad to say but I believe half of their business issues are because they're from Bangladesh and they happen to be located in one of the most prejudiced towns I've ever lived in so I urge people to give them a shot because they really are good people who want to help!! Finally I want to confront the overpriced comments I urge anyone to find a better priced shop around here because there isn't one price wise ELITE HAS EVERYONE BEAT!! Also if you give the workers a chance they're awesome people as well so please if someone is judging on skin color or anything like that even if you have to close your eyes to go into the shop I guarantee they treat you right and take care of helping find you the best product for the best price!!!! I'm happy to be their customer!!!"

"Excellent shop right in the center of town. Great selection of cigars and all kinds of smokes. Very well kept and owner is extremely friendly every time I've been in. Highly recommend!"

"Told the cashier we needed to split the pay he refused to listen to us and then said it was fine swipe one then the other. One of us was charged all the money which we did not have. They costed us 45 dollars in over draft fees and didn't care at all. Just said don't be upset with me. As far as I'm concerned I'm owed 45 bucks. Very disappointing as first few visits where very nice but I can't fathom how stealing from customers is okay. Do not waste your money here."
