When we told her we were interested in buying one of the pools, she took us aside so we would not be interrupted gave us the pros and cons of the pools that we were looking at and was extremely knowledgeable, no hard sell She did not try to push a more expensive pool on us and gave us good tips about when we go to set up the pool as my husband is doing it himself. During my visit she directed me to the store area where the supplies were being displayed and helped me in selecting the products that were available for my pool .
