"I drove 20 minutes because of what I saw on their website. Unfortunately my first time at this store was very disappointing. More excuses of why something can’t be done instead of finding ways to get it done. I went in for three items: 1. Start up kit for in-ground pool - they didn’t have any. 2. I wanted a quote to install a heater - rep gave me reasons to go somewhere else. He told me it was going to take 6 to 8 weeks. 3. Liner tuck - was told they don’t do that. With a website like the one they have you would think the services would be better. It seem like they didn’t care of they got the business. Will never return."
