"The Bee, did an amazing job removing and replacing my boiler that had died on me after only 6 months of buying the home. They were quick in providing an appointment time during my time of need and provided trackers to follow when they were arriving for appointments. No more guessing!! "My tech David did fantastic job. Was having some heating problems and needed a new boiler. David made sure to show me all the issues with my current boiler, and compared the cost of fixing vs replacement for me. He then worked very hard to help me find an affordable solution and compare my options. Was very helpful throughout and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. My installers Matt and Clayton installed the system quickly, and responded with troubleshooting very quickly for a problem caused by a manufacturer issue. My tech James then came and fixed the hot water from the manufacturer defect, and worked to ensure I had a backup should the manufacturer part have further problems. All in all they did everything they could to help me get my problem resolved quickly and feel secure it will stay that way."

"Beware. Super high prices. Charge you for the high estimate. Found their process predatory. Said they charge a fee for coming out that gets credited to the repair. Said they would do estimate and install in one visit. Took day off. Tech arrived next day, said he doesn't do installs, only estimates. I would have to call again to schedule install. Price was triple what the next plumber I called charged. Beware!"
