"Went to buy a vape, same brand I always buy I was asked at the register if I wanted it opened in the store, which I thought was a strange thing to ask. I replied no thanks and processed to walk outside to open my vape to find out it was faulty and not working (battery was not dead). When I went inside I was informed that once you leave the shop there are no exchanges (which I understand), some people maybe would try to take advantage by exchanging old vapes. But how about have your employees convey that to the customer. As a business owner I stand by my services and products. Will not go back here."
