"This location is fabulous! I love coming in to shop, and all of the employees are well-trained, friendly, and knowledgeable, especially LeeAnn! She recognizes me even with my mask on! I was living 50 miles away for almost three years, and when I would come up to see my parents I always stopped in because the prices (and most importantly the people!) are better than where I was living. I have since come back home, and I continue to make Smokes for Less in Hopewell my go-to for cigarettes (and sometimes lotto if I’m feeling lucky). LeeAnn is always so sweet and pleasant, even when it’s busy. She is an absolute sweetheart to everyone, is the master of multitasking, and she knows her customers: she knows what they want, and consistently provides exceptional service with a smile! "lightskin guy with undercut and manbun with beard was extremely rude worst service ever in this branch after waiting in line to buy a drink from the cooler he asked me to step aside so he could help his "tobacco" customers first! absolutely terrible business! i would rather go somewhere else and pay more than be treated the way i was in this store today! unacceptable. i will be doing research as to where i can file a more formal complaint. also pretty sure the second of the 2 customers he took while i "stepped to the side" he didn't ask for id from."
