"Another store disabling carts so you can't take your purchases to your car. I'm handicapped. When I realized they were doing this, we walked out without buying anything. We went next door to Marshalls & spent about $450 between the 2 of us. Now, this is Cromwell. I won't shop the Marshalls in Middletown because of these carts either. I get that people are stealing carts, but they're solution is to punish their customers?! Newp!!"
