"I was in the market for a bike for my 7 year old and went to the bicycle at their new location on the south bound side of 17. Even though the shop is smaller than their old location they still had a good variety. The owner Barry was very helpful and let her try multiple bikes. The gave the bike a check before we left, inflated the tires, added the bell and basket on for us so I didn’t have to do it at home. I found Barry and his assistant very friendly. Check them out!"
"The bicycle is a great small town bike shop! The owner is knowledgeable and friendly! They carry a good variety of bikes to fit all sizes and needs. Great repair/service department with very experienced and knowledgeable staff. Strongly recommend going here for your next bicycling purchase."
"Honestly had the best experience in my years of biking here. The shop is great for those starting out to those who are already experts. bought my first bike here when I was a kid and have bought many more since then. I feel like family when I'm at the bicycle! Barry and his staff has always treated me with the upmost respect. couldn't recommend this place anymore than anyone I don't like going to the other local bike shops in Bergen County because everywhere else is just a rip!"
"Go elsewhere. The owner and staff weren't helpful in anyway shape or form. Couldn't even bother to answer very simple bike related questions(response was literally "I don't know, Bro"). The emergency gels they had were expired by a good 2 months and when I pointed it out to the owner, all he could do was provide a discount. Garbage Bike shop. GO ELSEWHERE"
"I bought a Biria easy boarding bike there, which is where my daughter bought one last year. I live 4hrs north if this store, but since this is a very rare bike in the us and not sold in many states for some reason, I called him and he had 2 in stock. I bought them over the phone, explaining my problem about picking them up. He was very helpful. Yes, he might have been more fuzzy over the phone, but when I picked them up three weeks later, I found him to be a straight to the point person, which I like a lot. SORRY!!! that you kids couldn’t play on the floor, REALLY!!!! Anyway, had a small problem after driving home 4hrs home. The cables were not routed properly according to the assembly instructions that I looked up. Just a little OCD!! Not knowing what I was doing, I cut a cable and tried to fix the problem. Big mistake! Called Barry and explained my problem, not only did he offer to fix the problem, but forgetting how far away I lived, he not only told me how to fix the problem, but he sent me a new cable. By the way, not only once but twice, because the first one got lost in the mail, being that I live in the middle of nowhere. So that’s my story!!! Gotta love Barry!!! Sorry Barry for the late review, but my wife and I have ridden the bikes about 300 miles with no problems on our vacation. Thank you!"
