"At first I was skeptical on buying from this store based on the reddit review, which said it may had been a scam. After reading a little, apparently some other site is using a similar name to scam people so I gave it a try. I verified the blade authenticity with Butterfly and they confirmed authenticity for those who are skeptical. I will be totally fair on the review because in the end I think people may read this and confirm that the store is legit, and probably help someone that’s undecided on buying from them as I was. I ordered a Butterfly blade and two rubbers on November 6. After I made a mistake in the selection of one rubber, I contacted the store by email. Ben helped me solve the situation and went above and beyond. The only negative experience is that he told me that the package was going to be shipped the day after. This was on Nov 6. Sadly, I tried to contact the store two different occasions by email on Nov 9 without response and then again on Nov 11 to find out the products had not been shipped because they were out of stock for the blade. Honestly if I had known that I would have bought it somewhere else. I though about cancelling the order but Ben had been nice so I just let it be. I had a tournament starting on Nov 16 for which we wanted to use the equipment and couldn’t but that’s stuff that happens. Nothing to important, but still. Anyways, that was the only negative experience that I had, but at the end the great communication made the difference, and he put some edge tape there so I value those details. I would definitely give this store a second try as I think it was an honest mistake and he did everything possible to solve the situation. Good customer service."

Great selection, very competitive pricing and great service. Ben Nisbet, the owner, is a super nice guy. He’s very knowledgeable about what he sells and also is very impressive at the table! You’d do yourself well whether you give them a call, shop online or stop by their pro shop at the Westchester Table Tennis Center in Pleasantville, NY."
