"The service at this bike shop goes beyond the extra mile. When it comes to outstanding human being, they are at 97 Park Street in Hartford. The mechanics on staff are well seasoned. They know bikes inside out.They're all willing to help at a moment's notice and when it comes to being polite yes they all deserve a trophy. Their shop is super clean, neat and well stocked with updated tools and their parts supply is up-to-date. It's the bike shop we all have always wish for."

"I came here to see what was being offered for used bikes, not a huge selection, pricing was higher than expected, but I assume these bikes have all been repaired, tuned and cleaned to near perfection and that the prices are worth it vs someone's forgotten neglected bike from "storage" you might find online. A tune up alone, at most shops will cost nearly as much as one of BiCiCo's used bikes. I found one I'm interested in, but I wasn't prepared to spend. Later I came back with a neighbor's bike that needed air in the tires. The shop was happy to let me use their pump. I am definitely coming back when I am ready to buy. My third visit I found more bikes for sale than I previously knew about. I highly recommend checking out their selection before buying at some other high price shop"

"Props to the store for quick repairs on my bike twice now. First time, the back tire and/or tubing went but the tread was also bad so a replacement was needed either way. I got a proper replacement and it was installed within a few minutes to then head on out. Second time? The seat broke on one of the clamps that holds it in. They let me walk into the back where their used seat stock was for a replacement. Wouldn't you know it...I found the EXACT same seat in their stock! Another few minutes of a repair and back on my way. For what they charge being a nonprofit, it's really about as low as you can go short of the other way, of course: ordering parts elsewhere, waiting to come in, then do it yourself. This is the next best way and they also have some bikes for sale at reasonable prices, given that they are all fixed and tuned up nice & properly before."

"Great service. Knowledgeable, honest. I needed a road bike for my 12 year old son. Not easy to find a small men’s, but they had one. Described it on the phone exactly as I saw it and gave great tips for an upcoming trip and suggestions for a local venture. Good price and great service."

"This place is awesome! Prices are extremely reasonable, the staff is all very knowledgeable, friendly, and they take COVID precautions seriously. I've always had an awesome experience there. Think about becoming a member for a day or a year! They have different levels with parts discounts, free tune-ups, etc but they all include once-a-week time when you can come and use the tools to work on your own bike! There are mechanics to answer questions as well. All the profit goes back into improving the shop and to the community since they are only one part of the larger Center for Latino Progress that also includes Transport Hartford advocating for better transit, biking, & pedestrian access in the Hartford region. I hope the West Hartford shop is still in the cards to expand clientele and have a larger space!"
