"Kibbs was amazing to deal with. Our well pump broke later on a Saturday night at the start of a snow storm. We called Kibbs and they answered the phone. They knew immediately what was wrong. They showed up Sunday morning at the time promised in the middle of the storm, fixed the pump and took the time to show my husband how to do it so he knew for the future. A few hours later, our well water tank happened to go (unrelated to the repairs previously made). We called them back, they drove in about a foot of snow a couple hours later with a new tank and had it installed within 20 minutes. We are so grateful for them. They were so friendly, affordable and professional."
