"We used Handyworks Remodeling to install a new window in our attic space. I spoke with Keith who personally came out to look at the job. Keith really took the time to explain the entire process to me, and helped me decide what would be best for the project we were working on. One of the biggest reasons we decided to go with Handyworks, was the fact they answered the phone and showed up when they said they were going to. We had plenty of companies who seemed interested in the work, but never showed, or would stop calling back. After we signed on with Handyworks, Keith went through the entire process again and made sure to go over all the paperwork. During the wait for the window to come in Keith was always available by phone and made sure that I had a good time table of when things would come in. After the window showed up, it took Handyworks maybe 4 hours to have it fully installed in my house. The workers who came to the house were very polite and worked extremely fast. They also made sure to be careful removing the vinyl siding from my house so I could have some extra in the event I ever needed some. Now I have a window that looks like it has been there for 20 years, it matches the house perfectly and I could not be happier. Keith called later that day to make sure I was happy with the work, and I got a follow up call from Tom for the same reason. I cannot recommend Handyworks enough. "I can't say enough to thank you Keith, I really appreciate that you recognized the urgency in getting this shower turned into the beautiful & safe room it now is. I came to Keith requesting the walk in bath tub be removed and a open shower with no lip at the edge of the stall to get the wheelchair over and with plenty of grab bars. He did not know me until that first encounter and they were scheduling 2-3 months out, but when a cancellation came, which it did quickly, Keith offered it to me because it was a safety issue for my grandfather. He could have given it to an established customer, but offered it to me first and that goes miles with me. The crew was great, very professional, they taped up every inch of the area they were using as an access, except the one part of the floor that they left open because of my grandfather's safety. Zach was helpful in getting our ideas on paper and getting the products we needed in no time! Beautiful work, I appreciate all your efforts in getting this project completed in less than a week. I will definitely be looking for a quote on some other work in the near future."
