Reviews
"Friendly staff and organza store. It wasn't very crowded when I visited. There were some sales as well."
"I think I came across the same male customer service rep that one of the other reviewers did, because he has no business interacting with customers. I was returning an online purchse(with the receipt) and he refused to take back the merchandise and wrote the customer service number on my receipt like the Internet doesn't exist. Ironically, the customer service phone rep was excellent and resolved my issue. JCPenny needs to transfer this guy from customer service and put him where he has minimal contact with people."
"An older African American women at the return desk on Dec 27,2023 7:30pm refused to assist me or provide any kind of customer service. She essentially called me a liar after I informed her there was no one at the jewelry counters. all I want to do is return a gift that was purchased to small. The fact that I wasn’t even given a chance to ask for help is beyond unacceptable. Apparently you cannot mail back jewelry yet this item Was purchased online. The sooner this store location closes, the better. Also, the male rep on the customer service phone line was condesending and Misogynistic. Telling me I should have the person who bought the gift with me. So if this person lived across the country and ordered this as a Christmas gift for me I’m supposed to what mail It to them and make them return it in store…? Make it make sense."
"Very quiet in the evening, since now most of customers are shopping online. The store has wide selection of cloth and houseware. The have entire section for kids. Not many stuff around. These days place doesn’t look as attractive to shoppers as before."
"Once a proud big box retail store now unfortunately it is not like it used to be. Plenty of options on household goods, men’s and women’s clothing, footwear and more. The employees are always helpful!"
