"Store sucks. Ordered a pair of sneakers. Got them tried them on. Didn't fit my wider foot. Go return it. They won't accept because they say it was worn. It was not. The moment I even mentioned I was here for a return the shorter woman at register immediately seemed annoyed with an attitude. Went to milford.location and they took the sneakers back and said it wasn't the first time they had heard of problem with those employees. Don't go to that location. Go to milford. This store absolutely SUCKS"
"Beautiful store, great selections but customer service is terrible. I see the same thing that happened with Ebelens happening to this store. ya start off great but end up going down hill because the kids that you hire! I was shopping for sneakers for my son & I. To get help or a question answered it was like pulling teeth. Management of some sort is needed these young kids will have you miss out on many sales….. I needed 4 pairs today and left with nothing. I’m not one to leave reviews but my time was waisted today so this review was needed! Do better with who you employee!!"
"Nice well maintained store. Actually had adults are working, not teens. They were attentive and actually knew what they were talking about instead of some teen getting your size and calling it a day. There was a sneaker I needed. They didn't have my size but told me they could order it with an exact eta date. Definitely going there again"
